Are you a content professional? Have you managed editorial teams and freelance writers? Have you negotiated content exchange and traffic development deals on the Web? ARE YOU TOTALLY AWESOME?

Then we want you to:
- Develop new female-oriented site concepts and launch them to spectacular success.
- Manage and hire a team of freelance writers
- Create awesome traffic-generating deals with related blogs
- Fall in love with traffic numbers, links, SEO and metrics
- Roll up your sleeves and make the Internet a cuter place

We think you need:
- A Bachelor's Degree in writing, journalism, communications or something related
- 5+ years experience on working with Web content
- Use technology like you were born on the Internet
- AWESOMENESS (did we say AWESOMENESSSSSS?)

This is a contract to full-time position based in Lower Queen Anne, Seattle. If you live outside of Seattle, you must be willing to relocate to Seattle at your own expense within 2 weeks of hire.
